Riverside Bar & KITCHEN

The Riverside Bar and Kitchen is in a loft style space and has seating for 90, a large relaxing lounge area and an additional 70 seats on the River Terrace. The Riverside Bar and Kitchen was voted by theatre.net as ‘The Best Café and Theatre Bar in London’.

The Bar and River Terrace open at 10.30, seven days a week. The food menu focuses on freshly prepared, seasonal produce executed by our skilled kitchen team headed by Geoff Ngan from Shed 5 in Wellington, New Zealand. Daily changing specials combine with an international bar menu. Food is served from 12.00 - 21.00 hrs Monday to Saturday and ‘Lazy Brunch’ is served on Sundays from 10.30 - 15.30 hrs.

The River Terrace is one of the best dining spots on the Thames with superb views of the river. The terrace and bar area are available for private hire throughout the year – seating up to 70 or for standing receptions up to 150. Access to the Terrace is occasionally restricted if filming is in progress.

The Film Cafe in the front of the building is open daily from 8.30. It serves Mozzo Fairtrade and Organic coffee, organic drinks, fresh cakes and sandwiches. A full take away menu is also available.

The Riverside Studios is an internationally renowned performance and media centre on the banks of the Thames, voted as 1 of the top 100 places to visit in London. The Riverside Studios has 3 performance spaces and a 200 seat cinema. It has been home to some of the most memorable television moments including Hancock’s Half Hour, Dr. Who, CD;UK, Top of the Pops, The Apprentice, Brit Awards, Amy Winehouse Grammy Award, U2, David Bowie and Paul Weller launch events. It also stages some of the most exciting home grown and international theatre productions including Theatre de Complicite, The Wooster Group, Forced Entertainment and Dance Umbrella.
